Ralph Dandrea comes from a family of entrepreneurs, so it was no surprise when he started his own venture—ITX Corp.—back in 1997.

Maintaining a stable business is critical for Dandrea after watching his family’s successes and failures with entrepreneurship, so the risks he takes are calculated. Being a thoughtful risk-taker has paid off for Dandrea over the past 25 years —the ITX team has grown to approximately 250 with offices around the globe.
