What do you enjoy most about your role?

The opportunity to interface with an expansive cross section of people from our customers, suppliers and the team here at Empire; we get to collaborate on some exciting programs together.

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve dealt with over the past year?

As it has been for nearly everyone, the vast number of issues that have arisen from the global pandemic have impacted everything from employees to supply chain and beyond.

What has been your organization’s biggest success over the past year?

Empire grew significantly in 2021; that took a lot of extra effort and dedication from the team at Empire to accomplish. I could not be prouder of our employees.

What do you see as the biggest changes in the technology industry over the next year?

Nearly all industries face a significant challenge in hiring and training of their workforce. This will be magnified in a technology industry where it takes years to build the skills that are needed.
