What do you enjoy most about your role?
There’s something special about being part of such an innovative industry and knowing Spectrum is constantly working to advance technology and improve connectivity for our customers. Every day is something new. I enjoy working with a team of dedicated technicians, committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Our team believes in superior connectivity and customer service through craftsmanship.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve dealt with over the past year?
We continue to be an essential business for communities across the NE. Our network is a critical source of connection for families, businesses and schools. As communities return to some sense of normalcy, our teams continue to face the challenges of delivering a completely reliable service, working and expediting the extension of that service to areas in need.
What has been your organization’s biggest success over the past year?
Our challenges are our greatest success; continuing to deliver a high performing network, at the fastest available speeds and great service, all while working to expand that network to areas in need, as expeditiously as possible.
What community organizations do you support as a volunteer and why?
Spectrum has a number of signature philanthropic and engagement programs committed to improving communities and impacting lives where our customers and employees live and work that I support. These programs include Spectrum Community Assist, Spectrum Digital Education, Spectrum Scholars and Spectrum Employee Community Grants providing support to vital community organizations.
