What has been the biggest challenge you’ve dealt with over the past year?

Cost increases, supply chain disruptions and labor shortages from the pandemic have been the biggest challenge for us and for most other companies. We have been managing through these challenges by taking aggressive actions, including surcharges, new product allocation strategies and innovative approaches to recruitment.

What has been your organization’s biggest success over the past year?

Putting Kodak back on course by focusing on our key strengths in print and advanced materials & chemicals, which has driven Kodak’s return to growth. We have achieved increased revenue across all our segments for the first time in years.

What do you see as the biggest changes in the technology industry over the next year?

The impact of the pandemic in terms of adapting to the virtual work environment. We have all needed to embrace to the new normal and learn new ways to maximize people development within organizations and create and maintain relationships which shape corporate culture. It’s a change that will affect the way we all live.
