What do you enjoy most about your role?

At Carestream, we do work that matters and could not be done without our global team of dedicated and talented individuals. I really love connecting with our people, and I have the privilege to help lead a great organization that is innovative, engaged and committed to succeed.

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve dealt with over the past year?

Resulting implications of the pandemic have caused unprecedented challenges with the supply chain, logistics and distribution of our products. Additionally, inflation has impacted the cost basis. Carestream is not alone in facing these challenges, as many businesses globally are also impacted. Our team is what makes us successful despite these headwinds. They are working hard to meet all customer expectations and to mitigate the costs through various actions.

What do you see as the biggest changes in the technology industry over the next year?

Artificial Intelligence will continue to make a significant impact in many aspects of our lives. Carestream is on the forefront of making the patient experience more enjoyable and the technician’s experience more efficient and an improved investment.
