David Halladay

President and CEO, Precision Optical Transceivers Inc.

Years in current role: 20

David Halladay spent 20 years in the banking industry before Precision Optical Transceivers. It was Precision OT’s dedication to responsible growth and excellence in all aspects of their business operations that inspired Halladay to make the pivot from banking to a role at Precision OT as chief corporate development officer.

Now, as president and CEO,Halladay finds that people are the biggest differentiator when it comes to the success of a business. He believes that small businesses must hire and support capable people and give them the freedom and responsibility to perform at their best.

In 2020, shortly after his transition to president and CEO, Halladay oversaw the company’s expansion overseas with an additional office in Europe. Halladay’s growth strategy for Precision OT is to be diligent in continuing to attract good people to the team.
