Alan DeMello was named president of Ultrafab in 2009, adding the CEO title in 2021. He joined the Ultrafab team in 1996 as product manager and was promoted to vice president of sales, marketing and product development in 1999.
DeMello has been essential in leading the company through a significant period of growth over the last decade, developing and implementing strategic plans that have solidified Ultrafab’s position as a leading organization for innovative sealing products.
DeMello has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business management and industrial arts education.
