The restaurant preparing the meal for CurAte’s upcoming event next Wednesday will be selected by Rochester City Councilor Mitch Gruber.
The name of the eatery is not being released, but CurAte owners say it will be a minority and woman-owned restaurant in Rochester known for its healthy take on dishes from the business owner’s country and includes lots of fresh vegetables.
The cost of the dinner for two is $35 if picked up at 6 p.m. at The German House, where beverage pairings will also be for sale. It is $40 for the delivery option.
CurAte is focused on providing community members with Rochester-based culinary experiences, offering a chef designed meal showcasing a featured cuisine.
Past meals have been created at The Red Fern, Namaste Indian Grill, Bubby’s BBQ and Polska Chata.
