Chief Sales Officer CFP, Brighton Securities
What do you enjoy most about your role?
With the help of the others on our management team we are able to chart the course of the firm and guide our employees and partners through the growth process. I enjoy the fact that we are the people responsible for making the decisions on the direction our firm moves.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve dealt with over the past year?
It goes without saying that dealing with the logistics of a global pandemic was the greatest challenge we experienced in the past year. I firmly believe that we all learned a lot about our ability to serve our clients under challenging circumstances. Our team did a tremendous job overcoming the obstacles associated with the fluid situation associated with the pandemic and we had a great year.
What community organizations do you support as a volunteer and why?
I am a board member and the Fund Development Chair for the Center for Youth. The mission of the Center is to provide a safe and productive environment for the youth of our city. I know that most folks have no idea how difficult the lives of some of the kids in this town are. Abuse, homelessness and hunger are just a few problems. The Center works very hard to try to help address these issues and a range of others utilizing multiple resources for funding.
