Liebert recently unveiled a five-year plan for growth for CPL that includes moving into new geographic regions and reducing the firm’s reliance on work within New York.
Liebert hopes to expand CPL — which currently has offices in New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia — into two new markets, ideally through acquisition.
Liebert aims to double the size of the architecture, engineering and planning firm and is also making changes to the company’s five practice sectors — health care, K12, higher education, transportation and municipal — to optimize growth opportunities.
Liebert has more than 25 years of experience designing and constructing health care and education facilities and has been involved in more than $1 billion in health care design projects.
