Promoted from vice president to president last year, Seaman has led Christa Construction’s work on such projects as the Apex student housing build at RIT and the ongoing renovation and rebuild at the former Irondequoit Mall.

Seaman is proud of Christa’s ability to stay on schedule despite the COVID-19 pandemic wreaking havoc with work plans.

“(That was) our biggest success during this time,” he says.

Seaman strives to ensure his work is environmentally conscious as well.

“I have been leading our teams to be very proactive in researching means, methods and technologies to reduce our carbon footprint and create construction efficiencies,” he says.
