DiMarzo leads the construction and development company founded by his father, Anthony, more than 50 years ago.

Mark IV has developed and constructed numerous residential and commercial projects. The family business and its associated entities boats 6,000 single-family homes and more than 1 million square feet of commercial and light industrial space.

Mark IV has been honored for its work on Corn Hill Commons and Corn Hill Landing, among other major city development projects.
