Judson became the fifth generation to lead Pike Cos. when he took over as president in 2011 and CEO in 2015. He started working for the family business in the early 1990s and went to work there full time after graduating from Union College in 1999.
The Pike Cos. — which operates two constructions companies, the Pike Co. Inc. and LeCesse Construction Services LLC — employs about 600 in the Rochester and had more than $600 million in revenue in 2019.
Judson is active in the community with a variety of organizations, including serving on the board for United Way of Greater Rochester. He earned his MBA from University of Rochester’s Simon Business School in 2006.
