President, CEO, COO, Rochester Community Baseball, Inc.
Years in current role: 20-plus years
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career?
Nothing means more than integrity.
What’s been your biggest success?
Keeping baseball in Rochester for the sake of the community.
Who have been the biggest mentors in your career?
My mom, Gary Larder and Elliot Curwin.
What are your hopes for the Rochester community this year?
I feel the most important issue of our time is racial equality. I hope that our community can be a leader in this area. A large part is dependent on coming out of the economic crisis the pandemic has caused, and coming back strong, creating opportunities for success. We are such a great community, and so generous of spirit, I see a very positive, bright future.
What do you do to unplug in your free time?
I haven’t figured that out yet.
