Fairness and empathy are prized in even the most challenging situations.

The establishment of a Police Accountability Board with disciplinary authority.

James McCuller, David Gantt and Thomas Argust.
What are your hopes for the Rochester community this year?
My hope is that we reshape the culture and practices of our public safety system and police department to provide fair, equitable and respectful treatment to people of color. I also hope that we are able to usher in a housing court to swiftly and effectively deal with the multitude of issues that are currently causing pervasive distress among tenants and landlords alike.
What do you do to unplug in your free time?
Reading, baking, fishing.
