Be respectful and fair to those you deal with, so you can expect the same. It is important to do what you say you will do, from planning to execution.
What’s been your biggest success?
Integrating my three children into our company and seeing them grow and prosper in their roles.
Who have been the biggest mentors in your career?
My parents and uncle, in demonstrating to me strong values, as well as teaching me the skills to succeed.
What are your hopes for the Rochester community this year?
Be able to move forward from last year’s social unrest and learn lessons in being productive as we proceed. Continue to foster responsible re-development in our center city.
What do you do to unplug in your free time?
Travel, reading, exercising.
