What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career?
Always start with the end goal in mind. Create a strong team to surround you. Provide accountability, infrastructure, incentive and resources. And do it all with a heavy dosage of patience and humor.
What’s been your biggest success?
Being in a job that I love with like-minded professionals focused on our mission.
Who have been the biggest mentors in your career?
I’ve been very fortunate to have been surrounded by a strong circle of friends that have always encouraged each other to be our best as well as to hold each other accountable. They have always stressed the importance of balancing professional and family time.
What are your hopes for the Rochester community this year?
I look forward for our community to become more united and the continued importance of looking for ways to incorporate opportunities for all.
What do you do to unplug in your free time?
I travel and try to spend as much time with family and friends as possible.
