Harter Secrest & Emery LLP announces that John Jennings and Edward Townsend have been elected partners in the firm.

Jennings is in the firm’s government affairs practice, and he provides lobbying and government affairs services for a diverse group of businesses, professional associations and nonprofit entities. He is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College and the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Townsend is a member of the firm’s health care practice and advises hospitals, health care providers, pharmacies, federally qualified health centers and other health care facilities. He is a graduate of Trinity College and earned his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
