Battisti Young has been hired as digital brand & sales enablement director. She previously served at CooperVision as a packaging production artist. Prior to that, she was a graphic designer at Xerox Corp. for eight years.

Smith has been hired as a senior architectural designer. He brings over 18 years of residential design experience to the role. He has a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering technologies from Alfred State College.
