Finalists chosen for Wealth of Health awards

Forty finalists in 10 categories have been announced for the 2020 Wealth of Health awards, to be presented June 10.

wealthofhealthDue to COVID-19 and social distancing requirements and to ensure the safety of our finalists and those who want to celebrate the finalists, we will be hosting Wealth of Health virtually at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10.

Each of our finalists will be celebrated for their achievements through multi-media storytelling and all guests will have the opportunity to participate in the program with their congratulations and cheers using social media platforms from their home or office.

Twenty-five companies and organizations are among the finalists to be recognized. Winners will be named in five categories based on number of employees. Also to be honored are finalists for rookie of the year, best company group wellness event, health and wellness champion of the year, best wellness innovation and best health success story.

Finalists were judged on the creativity of their initiatives, active participation, ability to effect measurable improvements, sustainability and program outcomes. The awards, now in their 15th year, are presented by the Rochester Business Journal and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield.
