Passero named Commercial Realtor of the Year
Passero named Commercial Realtor of the Year
Christopher Passero, owner of Passero Realty, has been named Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Rochester Area Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors.
Passero’s firm provides a variety of services, including brokerage and leasing, site selection and acquisition, contract negotiations, real estate analysis and assistance with design and construction.
The chapter named Harry Gleason and Angelo Nole Jr. of CBRE Rochester as co-recipients of Deal of the Year-Lease.
Cheryl Ann Bilski owner of Functional Interiors, was honored with the Meritorious Service Award. Joy House of Mission Commercial Realty was named Best New Talent and Larry Mastrella of Stewart Title Insurance Agency was named Affiliate of the Year.
There will be changes among the association’s officers in 2020. Virginia A. Squire remains president and Passero continues as secretary while Dara Rennert becomes vice president and Carly Rohlin becomes treasurer. New directors are Christopher McCarthy and Peter Gillett.
