The Rochester-based winner of the $1 million 2018 76West Clean Energy Competition has opened a new manufacturing plant in the Southern Tier. EkoStinger Inc., a manufacturer of tractor trailer aerodynamics, this week opened an 8,000-square-foot facility at Elmira Corning Regional Airport in Chemung County.
