EFPR Group LLP announces that the following individuals have been promoted to partner: Richele Emich-Sharn; Thomas Niles; Maureen Rutecki; and David Urban.

Emich-Sharn is part of the firm’s tax and business services department. She has been with the EFPR Group for 20 years and works with clients in the United States and abroad to assist with IRS streamlined procedures to bring individuals into compliance.

Niles is part of StoneBridge Business Partners, an affiliated consulting company. He is a member of the firm’s business valuation forensic and litigation services group. He currently focuses on the health care field, including distribution, manufacturing and group purchasing audits.

Rutecki is also part of StoneBridge Business Partners. She is a member of the firm’s business valuation forensic and litigation services group. Rutecki focuses her practice on valuation, litigation and consulting services.

Urban is part of the firm’s attest department. He provides audit, accounting and consulting services for various nonprofit organizations. He has over 30 years of accounting experience.
