Dixon Schwabl announces the promotion of Michelle Diehl, Will Browar, Michael Reed and Cathleen Wells.

Diehl has been promoted to senior account supervisor. She is responsible for developing and executing annual advertising strategies for Community Bank N.A. She has been with Dixon Schwabl since 2015 and previously served as account supervisor. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Siena College.

Browar has been promoted to web development supervisor. He will oversee the agency’s web development team and digital designers to produce websites. He has been in the marketing and communications field for over a decade. He has a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Reed has been promoted to automated marketing supervisor. He is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of the agency’s automated marketing offering and team. He has nearly a decade of digital marketing experience. He has a bachelor’s degree from Mansfield University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Rochester.

Wells has been promoted to vice president of martech strategy and solutions, and her duties include revenue growth operations and overall quality of marketing technology services.  She brings over 20 years of marketing and technology experience to the role. She has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Rochester and a master’s degree in new media from Rochester Institute of Technology.
