Harter Secrest & Emery LLP announces the promotion of Kristie Ball to director of accounting and controller and the hiring of Christopher LoTempio as manager of financial analysis.

Ball is responsible for the firm’s daily operations in accounting, billing and matter intake and management. She joined Harter Secrest in 2013 and previously served as the firm’s assistant controller. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from St. Bonaventure University.

LoTempio’s duties include sourcing, compiling and interpreting key business, financial and operational and statistical data and analyzing performance metrics. He previously served as a business analyst at Dolomite Group. He earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and a  master’s degree in accounting from SUNY Binghamton.
