Rochester School for the Deaf announces that superintendent Antony McLetchie has appointed prekindergarten teacher Karen Windhorn to director of early childhood programs. Windhorn has been an RSD employee for nearly three years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language and English interpreting from Northeastern University.
