CEO Marc Jourlait will be based at the new location as will three out of four of the company’s business groups.

“We are proud to call Rochester, N.Y. the home for our U.S. headquarters and look forward to having a strong presence here in the future,” Jourlait said in a statement.

The company currently has its local operations at Eastman Business Park.

“Rochester Technology Park is pleased to welcome Kodak Alaris to its list of growing tenants,” said Josh Yashar, managing member of Tech Park Owner LLC in a statement. “The Park has always believed in job creation, job retention and attracting new businesses through affordable rents. The Rochester Technology Park campus represents the most attractive environment in which to locate a new or growing business.”

The details of the relocation are expected to be finalized during 2018’s third quarter, officials said.

“Kodak Alaris is a company with a bright future and Gates is truly grateful to be part of that future,” said Mark Assini, Gates Town Supervisor.
