Rochester is among the most educated cities nationwide, a new report shows.
WalletHub’s 2017’s Most & Least Educated Cities in America ranked the nation’s largest 150 metro areas based on factors including the share of adults aged 25 and older with a bachelor’s degree or higher, the racial education gap and the quality of the public school system.
The most educated city in America, according to the report, is Ann Arbor, Mich., which boasts the highest percentage of associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree and graduate or professional degree holders.
The least educated city nationwide is McAllen-Edinburg-Mission, Texas, which has the lowest percentage of high school diploma and associate’s degree holders.
