The Cornerstone Group moves into Brighton building

The Cornerstone Group Ltd. recently purchased a building on White Spruce Boulevard in Brighton that is now serving as its new location.

Cornerstone moved its main offices to the building in March following a renovation of a portion of the space. The real estate development firm worked with Atlas Contractors LLC for the roughly seven-week renovation, which upgraded the space into professional modern office.

The remaining 2,400-square-feet is available for lease.

The real estate development and commercial brokerage firm employs more than 25 people, along with its property management arm Cornerstone Property Managers.

The multi-tenanted 6,200-square-foot building had been previously owned by FGG Florida Partnership Ltd.

Rochester Orthopedics had occupied the building until late 2016 and has since relocated.
