Doyle Security acquires Hilton firm

Doyle Security Systems Inc. has acquired Hilton-based Lock-Tight Alarm Inc., officials announced Thursday. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Doyle Security provides residential and commercial security, fire and monitoring systems. The company was founded nearly a century ago.
Lock-Tight has been in operation for the past 15 years. Doyle has acquired both residential and commercial accounts through the deal.
"We have worked with the owners of Lock-Tight, Bill Zachary and Michael Colletti, for many years by providing monitoring services for them and their customers,” said John Doyle Jr., president and CEO of Doyle Security. “They have built an excellent company and this is a terrific addition to our Rochester business." 
Doyle Security employs 100 people including 50 based in Rochester.
