Perinton-based Sutherland Global Services Inc.’s digital division has named Andy Zimmerman as its president, officials announced Monday.
Zimmerman will help to advance Sutherland Digital’s digital process transformation strategies. He was previously president of Frog Design Inc.
Prior to Frog Design, Zimmerman was the global managing director for Accenture Mobility, where he built the practice, and generated $1 billion in sales in three years, officials said.
Sutherland Digital covers a variety of verticals including retail, banking, travel, health care, mortgage, insurance, telecom, technology, transportation, government and entertainment.
In October Sutherland Global acquired Nuevora Inc., a California-based data analytics firm.
“Sutherland Digital is a critical differentiator and will cement our position as a strategic business partner for clients that adds measurable value,” said Dilip Vellodi, Sutherland chairman and CEO. in a statement.
“We will consult clients about their approaches and alternatives for omni-channel delivery so they have a better understanding of their customers’ needs, as well as new products and services that help reach their business goals.
“Our focus on digital, with Andy’s leadership, will allow customers to grow their greatest assets–their relationships with their customers.”
