Perinton-based BullsEye Communications of Western NY has received a $4,000 2016 Growth Grant from the National Association for the Self-Employed, officials announced Monday.
The local provider of business phone, voice over internet protocol and hosted PBC systems was one of six winners. It is owned by Amy DeBruyne, who is a member of the association. In total NASE will award $48,000 in grants to small businesses nationwide, officials said.
“It is critical for us to support and recognize small-business owners and sole proprietors who are exemplifying America’s entrepreneurial spirit,” said John Hearrell, NASE vice president of membership and affiliate programs.
Applications for the NASE’s 2016 Growth Grant program are through Dec. 10, officials said.
“The awarding of this grants signifies our belief in this Western New York-based small businesses and we look forward to watching Amy make the critical investments needed to grow and expand this locally owned business,” Hearrell said.
