Bistro at Towpath Cafe acquires liquor license

The Bistro at Towpath Cafe has received its full liquor license on its 5th anniversary of operation, officials announced Monday.

The Fairport establishment, which includes a cafe, full-service restaurant and canal-side deck, is at 6 N. Main St.

Owners Neil Clark and Tracy Paladino opened the bistro in 2009.

“Our restaurant patrons could always get a cold beer, glass of wine or a drink made with wine-based spirits,” Clark said. “Now, we can make those great gin and tonics, Manhattans, daiquiris, margaritas and martinis that our customers have been asking for. And shots—we can do those too.”
