UR leaders take new posts as fiscal year begins

July 1 brings the start of a new fiscal year and the beginning of some new leadership posts at the University of Rochester.

Robert Clark takes up his new post as university provost. The former dean of the Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences is also senior vice president for research.

Peter Lennie, who stepped down as provost, continues to serve as the dean of the Faculty of Arts, Sciences & Engineering until June 2017.

Wendi Heinzelman, previously dean of graduate studies for Arts, Sciences & Engineering, is the new Hajim School dean.

Kathy Rideout, dean of the School of Nursing, begins her second term.
