Clark Patterson Lee announces the addition of Joshua Erbland as an electrical designer. Erbland will assist the electrical department. Prior to joining the company he was a development engineering intern at HRL Laboratories LLC. Connor Himes has been hired as a civil engineer responsible for municipal and site planning for a variety of projects.

The Bonadio Group has hired Allyson Roote as director of learning and organizational development. Carol Julien has been hired as a manager in the health care tax exempt division, while Amanda Conolly has been rehired as an experienced assistant in the health care tax exempt west division.

Buckingham Properties announces the hiring of Len Schloer as associate director for the on-site team at Legacy Tower. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the role and will oversee facility operations.

Timothy Young has been named director of campus safety at Nazareth College of Rochester. He brings 23 years experience to the role. Young most recently served as director of housing security and safety services at the University of Michigan.

The Elite Alliance announces the promotion of Kelli Buchheit to vice president of operations. She will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, revenue management and service delivery. Karrie Mastrella has been promoted to membership director, overseeing the company’s expanding membership and travel experiences.

Greg Mowers has been promoted to commercial and residential facility manager for the Costello Group, while Shannon Sadik has joined the Costello Group as an administrative assistant. John Faerber has been hired as superintendent of horticulture gardens and grounds at the Reserve on the Erie Canal. Collin Camp has joined the firm as assistant gardener, while Susie Woods has been promoted to licensed real estate broker for CityGate.

Dibble & Miller P.C. announces that Mikal Krueger has joined as an associate in the bankruptcy and real estate departments. Krueger brings more than 11 years’ experience to the firm. Douglas Lustig has been hired for general practice work, as well as to manage the bankruptcy department.

Hope Hall announces the addition of Jessica Stadt as director of development and marketing. Kelly Smith has joined the staff as development associate for public relations, events and marketing.

Alex Garfield has joined the Rochester office of American Portfolios as an asset management coordinator. Angelo Costanza has been hired as a registered investment associate, while Kelly Bruhn has joined Nationpay Solutions as a client services specialist.

Genevieve Hamilton has joined Welker & Mojsej CPAs LLC as an administrative assistant. She will be responsible for assisting the accountants in the processing of personal and corporate tax returns.

Hillside Family of Agencies announces that Carly Layton has joined the organization as director of marketing and brand strategy. Layton will be responsible for continuing the development of its brand strategy, as well as its overall marketing and communications platform.

The Strong museum announces the promotion of Suzanne Seldes to executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Seldes previously served as vice president for marketing and communications. She will continue to oversee marketing, public relations, web development, membership and public program functions.

Clement Chung has been named a project manager with LaBella Associates D.P.C. Chung will specialize in water and wastewater engineering and brings 15 years of experience to the firm.

Mark Cole has joined Johnstone Supply as a territory manager in the Rochester area. Cole brings 30 years of HVACR experience to the role and most recently served as a sales representative at Betlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning.

Finger Lakes Health announces that Maureen Loyal has been named director of rehabilitation. Loyal most recently was administrative director of rehabilitation services at North Shore-LIJ Health System. In her new role Loyal will direct outpatient rehabilitation services at Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital.

Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Co. announces the addition of Judy Winters to the CNB Mortgage Co. as mortgage loan originator. Winters brings more than 25 years of experience to the role.
