Renovations complete at Victor Microtel

Perinton-based Indus Hospitality Group Inc. has completed a $1.3 million renovation of its 94-room Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham.

The facility is at Fishers Road and Route 96 in Victor.

New features include a fitness center, guest laundry, business center, expanded breakfast and guest seating areas, and renovated and redecorated rooms, Indus officials said.

Room enhancements include new furniture, bedding, wall coverings, lighting, carpeting, flooring and bathrooms.

First-floor enhancements include an expanded lobby and amenities.

The group also is in the final stages of opening a four-story, 77-room Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham on Elm Street in Penn Yan, Yates County.

Indus Hospitality owns more than 50 hotels and restaurants, including Dunkin’ Donuts, KFC, Ponderosa Steakhouse and Baskin Robbins brands.
