Kodak Alaris names leader to oversee Greater China operations

Kodak Alaris Inc. named a new managing director to lead the firm’s business in Greater China. Frank Le will also be responsible for designing and executing the business strategy.

He reports directly to Kodak Alaris CEO Ralf Gerbershagen.

Le brings more than 20 years of experience in creating profitable businesses in China, working for such firms as Motorola Solutions Inc., Nokia Corp. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., officials said.

Most recently, Le was director and general manager for Shenzhen Aisidi Corp., a Chinese-owned and operated business responsible for channel service, distribution and sales of consumer communication electronic products.

“Frank is a key addition to our global team,” Gerbershagen said. “I’m excited by our opportunity in Greater China and look forward to Frank bringing his extensive experience, energy and entrepreneurialism into our business.”

Kodak Alaris became an independent company in September 2013 when Eastman Kodak Co. divested its document imaging and personalized imaging businesses.
