The women profiled in this special supplement of the Rochester Business Journal represent nearly every sector of our business community including corporate, entrepreneurial, education, legal, health care and not-for-profit organizations. Each finalist’s contributions to her organization has produced exceptional results, and her contributions to our community as a leader and as an individual who recognizes and embraces the importance of assisting other women in their personal and professional development cannot be overstated.
The Athena Awards program is a tribute to all who participate, including our outstanding finalists and their nominators. We thank the community for its continued support and participation.
As you read and learn more about the Athena Awards finalists, we know you will agree that they are outstanding examples of achievement and leadership. We invite you to join us for the 29th Annual Athena Awards luncheon at noon, Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015 at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center, as we honor and celebrate the accomplishments of this year’s finalists and announce the 2015 Athena Award and Athena Young Professional Award recipients.
