Jewish Family Service has added Wendy Strauss as assistant executive director. She will supervise the program management staff and will work to enhance the services the organization offers. Strauss previously was with the Jewish Community Federation of Greater Rochester.
 
Eugene Shkurko has joined Hiscock & Barclay LLP as a member of the firm’s patents and prosecution practice. He has nearly 20 years of experience handling corporate intellectual property matters and previously was with Eastman Kodak Co.
 
Gary Lyons has joined Hamilton Stern Construction as commercial operations manager. In his new role, Lyons will oversee the field operations for the firm’s commercial construction division. He previously was with Lecesse Construction Co. as a construction superintendent.
 
Seerat Sodhi has joined QCI Asset Management Inc. as an equity research analyst. She previously served as an investment research intern with the firm.
 
SWBR Architects & Engineers P.C. has promoted Joe Gibbons to principal and Mark Maddalina to senior associate. Gibbons will be responsible for overseeing work across the state and the Northeast. Maddalina will specialize in high-performance, sustainable design projects for colleges and universities.
 
Kingsbury, an Optimation company, announces the following new employees: Antonio Franca, machine operator; Lance Harter, construction manager; Wayne Honsberger, machine operator; Todd McElroye, material manager/buyer; Thomas Nettnin, controls engineer; Thomas Rotolo, field machinist; Oliver Stymus, fabrication manager; and Daniel Weaver, machine designer.
 
Gail Popowich has been named leisure and groups/incentives specialist at the AAA Greece Travel and Insurance Center. Popowich will be responsible for planning, developing and designing domestic and international tours, as well as those by motorcoach and cruise.
 
Mercy Flight Central announces that Neil Snedeker has assumed the role of CEO. He will continue to serve as president and chief operating officer and will be responsible for overall strategic and financial leadership of the organization.
 
H&C Tool Supply/Hewes Fastener announces the addition of Steve Audin to its inside sales/customer service team. Timothy Houk has been added to the warehouse fulfillment team. Audin brings more than 12 years’ experience to the company. Houk will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks and will serve as backup quality inspector.
 
Robyn Mance-DeMay has joined HR Works Inc. as a compliance specialist. She will advise clients on human resource questions through the helpline. Mance-DeMay previously was with Paychex Inc. as a human resources adviser.
 
Eagle Productivity Solutions announces the addition of Christopher Worden as project manager. Nicole Sullivan has been added as training coordinator. Worden previously was with Fusion Productions, while Sullivan was with the University of Rochester.
 
E.J. Del Monte Corp. has named Josh Srolis as front office manager at the Renaissance Del Monte Lodge. Nicole Domanti has been named sales and events manager for Rochester Marriott hotels. Srolis brings more than 10 years of experience to the position.
 
Lecesse Construction Co. announces the following appointments: Scott Hoyt, project manager; Bill Partridge, superintendent; and Paul Cimicata, assistant superintendent. Hoyt brings more than 18 years’ experience to the role, while Partridge has more than 30 years of experience. Cimicata brings more than 15 years’ experience to the position.
 
Unity Health System announces that Cindy Lovetro has been appointed vice president of Unity Living Center and Edna Tina Wilson Living Center. She joined the organization in 2010 and brings 30 years’ experience to the position.
