Pella Windows/Westny Building Products announces the appointment of Robert Atkins as sales representative for trade sales. Atkins will be responsible for outside sales to builders and remodelers in the Rochester area.
The Arc of Monroe County has appointed Allison Wildey as the registered nurse coordinator of the Arc Health Services. She will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality nursing services, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations in the residential nursing program.
Unity Health System announces the following appointments: Barb Gray, vice president for home and community-based services; Cynthia Huether, vice president of behavioral health; Jane Shukitis, senior vice president for aging and community services; and Sue Vogl, vice president of orthopedics and neurosciences.
Benjamin Woelk has joined Friends of the GardenAerial as associate director of administration and community engagement. Woelk will be in charge of day-to-day administration for the organization.
Tompkins Insurance Agencies Inc. has promoted Kyle Kurkowski to account executive. Kurkowski has been with the agency more than two years and most recently was a personal lines specialist.
Timothy Rogers has been hired at Henderson Family Ford as a sales consultant. He brings nearly two years’ experience to the position and previously was with Ideal Nissan.
Mark Scheuerman has been named vice president and general counsel for DDS Cos. He previously was with Talisman Energy USA Inc. as director of government relations.
Russell Phillips & Associates has added Paul Dzurinda as a fire and emergency management consultant. He previously served as director of facilities compliance for the Cleveland Clinic Health System. Dzurinda brings more than 10 years’ experience to the role.
TriMedx has named Michael Ryan as vice president of sales. Ryan will develop the sales strategy and implement it for business performance, growth and organizational development. He brings more than 10 years’ experience to the role.
Twin Advertising Inc. announces the appointment of Trish Wilgar as marketing director. She previously was with Time Warner Cable.

Epic Advisors Inc. announces the addition of Maureen Brainard as a client service specialist. Brainard will provide day-to-day recordkeeping and administrative services for retirement plan clients. Kathleen Vida has been added as a conversion project manager. Vida will coordinate and facilitate all retirement plan implementation and conversion activities.

John Waugh has joined the Brighton branch of Nothnagle Realtors as associate broker. Suzanna Dutro has been hired as a salesperson at the Brighton branch.

The Bonadio Group announces that Katie Caccamise has been hired as a bookkeeper for the small-business advisers division, while Deborah Carlucci has been hired as a manager for the receivable solutions division. Caccamise previously worked as a bookkeeper at the Gastroenterology Group of Rochester, while Carlucci was an independent contractor.

Eagle Productivity Solutions announces the following appointments: Kristen Nielsen, solutions developer; Kerry Stephens, proposal manager; and John Bornheimer, solutions developer.

The Hillside Family of Agencies announces the hiring of Christopher Davis M.D. to provide oversight for the agency’s pediatric care and Heather Wensley as a pediatric nurse practitioner. Davis will work with organization leaders to continue developing health care practices and policies, and Wensley will provide care to youths at several locations.

Roberts Communications has hired Gail Sklair as a senior production artist. Sklair will work with the creative department to execute mechanical layouts for clients and most recently was a freelance worker for the firm.
