Miner has more than 15 years of experience. Lasher will draft proposed fiber optic network routes in and outside of customer locations.

Jenny Sciolino has joined the firm as a small business group assistant. She previously was with the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired—Goodwill Industries of Greater Rochester Inc.
 
St. Louis School announces that Diana Duell has been named principal. Duell brings more than 40 years of experience in public and Catholic education to the role. She most recently served as principal of Nazareth Elementary School.
