Bill Davis has been promoted to member of the management team at MRB Group Engineering, Architecture, Surveying P.C. Thomas Fromberger has been promoted to team leader and head of the site department for the firm. Davis will specialize in the design, processes and operations of wastewater treatment facilities. Fromberger has been a member of the site department team since joining the firm in 1999.
E.J. Del Monte Corp. has hired Jessica Seefried as the spa front manager at the Renaissance Del Monte Lodge Hotel & Spa. Seefried will train and supervise all front-office staff in customer service and will set and track revenue growth goals. Brett Wolff has been hired as the housekeeping operations manager at Courtyard by Marriott Rochester-Brighton. Wolff will be responsible for all housekeeping functions, including the training and supervision of housekeeping staff and assistance with the Bistro food and beverage unit.
KJT Group has appointed Thomas Richardson as chief marketing officer. Richardson previously served as vice president of strategic consulting and will retain that role.
Unity Health System announces the following appointments: Douglas Stewart, senior vice president, acute and ambulatory services for Unity Hospital; Joseph Salipante M.D., chief quality officer; and Wendy Wilts, senior vice president, clinical service lines, for Unity Hospital’s health care services division.
Wright Wisner Distributing Corp. announces that Anthony Maritato has joined the company as craft brand manager, while Debbie Spiotta has been promoted to MillerCoors/Pabst brand manager. Maritato previously was with the Boston Beer Co. Spiotta previously served as brand manager and sales supervisor for C.H. Wright Distributing Corp.
IC2S has promoted Greg Miller to Rochester operations manager. He will be responsible for overseeing technicians and inventory for projects in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse. He has been with the company five years.
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester announces the promotion of Jason Tracy to CEO. Tracy had been with the firm as director of operations since 2008.
Insero & Co. CPAs P.C. announces that Bryan Bourne, Sam Spinosa and Erica Iafe have joined the audit department as interns.
Jessica Kelley has been hired as an admissions representative for the Friendly Home and as the resident adviser for Linden Knoll. She will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of resident admissions and for empowering residents to maintain as much independence as possible.
Emily Zelbacher has joined the Rochester office of American Portfolios as an associate benefits consultant. Zelbacher brings more than four years of experience to the role.
ESL Federal Credit Union announces the promotion of Barb Grillo to manager of the Cobblestone branch. In her new role Grillo will oversee branch operations, including loans and deposits, cash management, compliance policies and management of branch personnel.
ESL Federal Credit Union has appointed Faheem Masood as president and chief operating officer. Masood most recently was senior vice president and marketplace director.
Rita Nischal has joined the law firm of Underberg & Kessler LLP as an associate in the trusts and estates practice group. She will focus her practice on elder law, Medicaid planning, estate planning and estate administration.
Roberts Communications has hired Megan Patrick for its media department as a media integrator. Patrick will work with the senior account, media and public relations teams in supporting, directing and coordinating assigned paid and earned media projects.
LeChase Construction Services LLC announces the addition of Tom Porter as general counsel. Porter will oversee all legal aspects of the business and support its risk management program. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the firm.
Volunteers of America of Western New York announces that Karen Oliveri has been hired as vice president of human resources. Oliveri previously served as the senior director of people resources at Rochester General Health System.
