Employee Relations Associates Inc. announces the appointments of Abby Parnell as placement manager and Kiersten Drexler as senior recruiting associate. They will jointly manage all recruiting efforts, locally and nationally, for finance- and accounting-related positions.
 
Roberts Communications announces the addition of Jessica Sanderson to the public relations department as a senior account executive. Scott Loftus has been hired as a senior art director in the creative department. Jen Cicotta has been hired in the account service department as assistant account executive.
 
Entre Computer Services has hired Jamie Cobb as an administrative assistant.
 
Bill Davis has been promoted to member of the management team at MRB Group Engineering, Architecture, Surveying P.C. Thomas Fromberger has been promoted to team leader and head of the site department for the firm. Davis will specialize in the design, processes and operations of wastewater treatment facilities. Fromberger has been a member of the site department team since joining the firm in 1999.
 
The city of Rochester announces the appointment of Lisa Bobo as chief information officer. Bobo will lead the department of information technology, and her responsibilities include the continued migration from antiquated legacy computer programs with a focus on streamlining and improving processes.
 
Broccolo Tree & Lawn Care and Country Way Garden & Design Center announce the following appointments: Joe Clay, plant buyer; Jack Rokos, supervisor of Country Way; Scott O’Hara, construction manager; Margaret Mikolenko, manager for the annual, vegetable and tropical departments, Country Way; and John Wilson, plant inventory maintenance.
 
Nazareth College of Rochester announces that James Ebenhoch has been named director of individual giving in the development office. Ebenhoch will be responsible for the leadership and strategic direction for the college’s development programs.
 
Lori McEvoy has joined the Mental Health Association as mental health educator in the Livingston County office. Her primary responsibilities will include developing and conducting educational programs and initiatives related to mental health and wellness.
 
Key Private Bank announces that Brian Howard has been named market manager for its Central New York and Rochester districts. He will lead the team and oversee all banking, investment and trust services for affluent individual clients in the region.
 
The Genesee Valley Club has added Adam Minicucci as executive chef. Minicucci previously worked at Rolling Rock Club in Pennsylvania as sous chef.
 
Nancy Woolver has joined New York Life as a registered representative. She previously was with Mutual of Omaha and brings nearly five years’ experience to the firm.
 
Danielle Binn has joined Generations Child Care as director of the Irondequoit location. She previously was a merchant services regional sales manager at eProfit.
 
Ernstrom & Dreste LLP announces that Todd Braggins has been named managing partner. Braggins has been with the firm since 1993 and focuses his practice on commercial litigation.
 
Nothnagle Realtors announces that Sal Morello has joined the main office as a salesperson. Morello brings more than 25 years of experience to the role.
 
Patricia Grosodonia has been promoted to unit manager for lia sophia. She previously was an adviser.
