ESL Federal Credit Union announces the promotion of Gina Chupak to branch manager at the Chili office. In her new position, Chupak will oversee branch operations including loans and deposits, cash management, compliance policies and management of personnel.
 
Pam Jaffarian has been promoted to manager at the Spa at the Del Monte. Jaffarian will assist the spa director in overseeing operations and manage all the service providers. She brings seven years’ experience to the role.
 
Marcia DeClercq has been named vice president of human resources for DDS Cos. DeClercq previously was with Wegmans Food Markets Inc. as human resource manager and brings 15 years of experience to the role.
 
Anthony J. Costello & Son Development LLC and USAirports have hired Lindon Wilcox as accounting clerk. Joshua Graves has been hired as HVAC technician. Wilcox will process work orders, communicate with the purchasing department to maintain accurate inventory and work with managers to develop improvements. Graves will be responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on heat pumps, remote terminal units and air handling units.
 
Mirror Show Management has promoted Kelsey Frank and Chelsy Klopotowski to account executives. They started with the company in 2010 and most recently served as associate account executives.
 
Campus Construction Management Group Inc. announces that Kevin Clark has been promoted to vice president. Clark will provide direction and support for the firm’s construction management projects in the Finger Lakes region.
