Northwest Savings Bank has promoted Jeff Cramer to senior vice president and credit officer for the greater Buffalo and Rochester markets. Cramer will provide oversight of commercial lending activities for all offices in the region.

The Hillside Family of Agencies announces the hiring of Katharine Bassney as director of development for Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection. Bassney brings more than 20 years of experience to the role and will be responsible for working with agency executives and staff to secure private support for the program from individuals, foundations and corporations.
Rochester Magnet Co. announces the hiring of Lora Davis as sales account manager. She previously was with Gannett Co. Inc.
SWBR Architects & Engineers P.C. has added Joseph McNinch as intern architect. His responsibilities will include assisting project managers and architects in document production and design work. David Welsh has been hired as senior technical coordinator and project architect. Welsh will support project design teams, coordinating and integrating with engineering disciplines.
Martino Flynn LLC has promoted Lesley Ruple and Diane Smith to senior account executives. Ruple previously was an account executive and has been with the firm since 2010. Smith will be responsible for management of several agency accounts and previously served as account executive.
The Maplewood announces the addition of Feiona Ellis. As a certified nursing assistant, Ellis will help care for residents.
Brand Integrity Inc. announces that Stephen Doan has joined the company as project manager. In his new role Doan will manage all stages of client interaction, from kickoff through account execution.
Volunteers of America of Western New York announces the promotion of William Covey II to vice president of strategic management. Sean Tracy-Hamilton has been hired as vice president of children and family services, while Jack Jesmer has been hired as director of facilities. Ellen Scalzo has joined the staff as director of development.
Harter Secrest & Emery LLP announces that Tracy Amplement has joined the firm’s litigation practice as a paralegal. She brings 11 years’ experience to the role.
Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center has hired Greg Wright as a manager. He will be responsible for all day-to-day operations and working directly with customers. Wright brings three years of experience to the company.
Cancer Wellness Spa announces that Betsy Twohig-Barrett has been named president. In her new role, Twohig-Barrett will have oversight of all employees and volunteers, board management, programming, fundraising events, strategy and planning.

Natcore Technology Inc. has promoted Ted Zubil to director of operations. He previously served as a chemical engineering technician.
ESL Federal Credit Union announces the appointment of David Brooks as senior vice president/director, lending center, and chief lending officer. Brooks will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of credit risk management policies.
EFP Rotenberg LLP announces that James Tokryman has joined the firm as a director in the SEC department. Tokryman brings more than 20 years of experience to the position.
Leslie Werlin has joined the Mental Health Association as art coordinator and facilitator. Werlin will coordinate art shows and facilitate classes on visual expression, journaling, card making and other subjects.
Optimation has added Kurt Hardenbrook to its media conveyance facility as a coating process staff engineer. He will work on training curriculum for the facility’s web handling workshop series.

Robert Koegel has joined the law firm of Underberg & Kessler LLP as senior counsel in its litigation and environmental practice groups. Koegel will focus his practice on environmental law, business litigation, land use and municipal law.
