The University of Rochester ranks among the 100 best values in private colleges for 2009-10 in a list published by Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine.
UR ranked No. 34 and was one of four private universities in the state. The universities were ranked based on academic quality and affordability, with quality accounting for two-thirds of the total.
