Trade magazine honors Bonadio, Freed firms
Bonadio & Co. LLP and Freed Maxick & Battaglia CPAs P.C., both of which are industry leaders in the Rochester market, are ranked among the top 100 accounting firms in the country by a national trade publication.
Perinton-based Bonadio & Co. is ranked 85th by Platt Consulting Group LLC, publisher of Inside Public Accounting, on its list of the largest accounting firms in the U.S. based on net revenue.
Bonadio & Co. posted net revenue of $36.7 million for the fiscal year ending in April, the publication states. Bonadio & Co. ranked No. 1 on the Rochester Business Journal’s most recent list of accounting firms in the Rochester market ranked by number of local CPAs.
Freed Maxick & Battaglia, based in Buffalo with offices in Rochester, was ranked 95th by Platt Consulting with net revenue of $32.2 million for its fiscal year ending in Apri. Freed Maxick ranked 10th on the most recent Rochester Business Journal list of CPA firms.
Bonadio ranked 98th on the 2008 Platt Consulting list, 99th in 2007 and was unranked in 2006.
Freed Maxick was unranked in 2008 after ranking 98th in 2007 and 97th in 2006.
