Veteran prosecutor to probe CIA interrogations

The Obama administration plans to tap a veteran prosecutor to begin a criminal probe of CIA interrogations of terror suspects during the Bush administration, officials said Monday. John Durham will be appointed to investigate alleged CIA abuses, a Justice Department official told AP.
