The Bluff Point, Keuka County, resort has created an online menu comprised of entrées and desserts.
“Over recent years, a number of our Esperanza Mansion guests would tell us they wished they lived closer to our resort, so they could enjoy our gourmet cuisine more often,†said Michael Wegman, Esperanza Cuisine president, in a statement.
Online consumers can log onto www.esperanzacuisine.com and choose among a selection of 75 beef, pork, lamb, poultry, duck and seafood entrees prepared on-site in the Esperanza Mansion restaurant’s kitchen, said Wegman, whose family owns and operates the facility.
Each entrée is flash frozen. Orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped with dry ice.
Esperanza Cuisine also has created corporate and personal gifting programs.
