The United States has charged a Guantanamo prisoner with war crimes for the deadly 1998 al-Qaida attack on the American embassy in Tanzania, AP reported. The Pentagon said Monday Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani could receive the death penalty if convicted by a military tribunal.
